If you don't know me personally, here is a little history on Marcianne.......(see
below for history on Dot)
In 1977, as a young wife and mother at 27, I was seeking a career that gave
me the freedom to be active with my children as they were first beginning in
kindergarten and school. My husband and I moved to Thomasville with his Georgia
Power employment job change and built a new home. Since I loved house
building so much I naturally gravitated toward a real estate career.
My
business partner: Dot Titus - WE ARE KNOWN AS THE DYNAMIC DUO, but really we are
just "GRANDMOTHER'S" (and you know you can always trust your
Grandmother), have built our partnership and reputation on being effective
and trust worthy and knowledgeable about real estate. With over 50 combined
years of experience (and of age), we can offer trusted service unsurpassed in real estate.
My 2 daughters have always been first in my life and now 30
years later my
two THREE granddaughters are my heart.
My daughter Deeann, her husband Doug and my
daughter Dawn

Beata looks like us "Beverly" family members, but
Aurelia and Carina
look like their daddy, however, Carina acts just like her
mamma Deeann.
My real estate career has flourished through all these years and still
affords me the ability to be who I most want to be....Grandmother.
Marcianne's
daughters, Dawn and Deeann (mother of Aurelia and Beata and Carina). Deeann
has taught computer science and now HOMESCHOOLS her girls and
designs web sites and Dawn has a masters in International
Business loves to travel, and is living now in Chicago. She
and husband Charlie were married March 2008, on OUR 40th wedding anniversary.
My husband Drexel and I have been married since 1968, he
has worked for Ga. Power for nearly 40 years. He retired a
few years ago and now does buying and selling on eBay, but
mostly takes care of me and all the things I used to have to
do!
WE, my husband
Drexel and I loved to ride our Harley Road King (yes we all have leather and all
the accessories). That is till the Grandkids moved in our neighborhood! Now our
heart belongs to them!
My reputation and repeat business are the reason I have had the staying power
for so many years. Over 80% of my business is repeat and personal referral. I am
so grateful to the many clients who have trusted me and continued to call me to
be their REALTOR through the years.

"Grandmother".......
In 1982, after working with finance companies since 1969, Dot put her
experience and expertise to use with her new real estate career. She and husband
Jim and Brad (1974-1995) and daughter Sherri had just moved from Coolidge to
Thomasville and with that change came the opportunity to partner with Marcianne
Benton and form the DYNAMIC DUO!!
My family now consists of the loves of my LIFE, Taylor and Tyler. Taylor is
my active almost a teen 16 year old and Tyler is my curious 8 year old. My daughter and I love
living in the same neighborhood and raising "our" girls. They in turn can choose
which house they want to "spend the night in" depending on my work
schedule, most of the time its "NANA". (You know how Grandmother's
love to spoil their babies) But just like my career, I take child raising
seriously, so I hold a standard of behavior (even if I spoil them). Now
Taylor is about to drive - my how time flies
 
Taylor age 16 (going on 21) Tyler age 8
I lost my son Brad in 1995 and my husband Jim in 1999. They were the most
wonderful men and I miss them both!! Between my mother, daughter, grandchildren,
sister and RE/MAX I have very little time to get lonely, I LIKE IT THAT WAY,
though. Redecorating and working in my yard is still my passion. For the
10th anniversary of Brad death, we have made and About
